The Dream Demons is a trio of malevolent demonic entities, vaguely resembling floating, skeletal snakes in appearance. Before Freddy Krueger died, three of these beings possessed him, granting him the power to turn dreams into reality. If one where to be killed by a sadistic human while being possessed by these beings while dreaming, die in the real world.
