Lord Farquaad (simply known as Farquaad) is the main antagonist of the 2001 DreamWorks animated film, Shrek and its 2003 3D short, Shrek 4-D.

He was voiced by John Lithgow. Farquaad also appeared in a flashback in Shrek the Third. Farquaad also appears during the end credits of Shrek Forever After.

He was also mentioned in Scared Shrekless.

He also appeared in Thriller Night along with the other antagonists who appear in Shrek.
