Jeremiah Valeska is one of the secondary antagonists (alongside his brother Jerome Valeska) in the second half of the fourth season in Gotham. At first an ally, Jeremiah was actually hiding his true colors and wearing makeup just so he could rebuild Gotham with Bruce Wayne. He becomes Ra's al Ghul's partner.
