Ned Krinkle is the evil supervillain who was initially meant to have Ace's braces. He is the main antagonist of the show. Ned is a master of disguise and he can almost perfectly imitate anyone's looks and voice. The only way to tell if it's Ned or not is by looking at his easy to spot crooked teeth.
