King Ghidorah is the arch-enemy of Godzilla and one of the main antagonists of the Godzilla franchise produced by the Toho Company. He is a space dragon usually controlled by aliens and is one of the most powerful monsters Godzilla has ever faced. His power has earned him the title The King of Terror. He is so powerful that Godzilla usually has to team up with another or even several monsters to be able to defeat the space dragon. In fact, the only time Godzilla has been able to defeat Ghidorah was in Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, where an extra powerful Godzilla killed Ghidorah, and even then Ghidorah appeared to be winning most of the fight.
