A Harvester Supreme Commander is the leader of a Colony ship, and follows every order his/her Harvester Queen gives out to him/her, and with admiralty.

One serves as the secondary antagonist in ID4: Independence Day. In the film, he/she was never seen outside of his/her Colony ship, and always stayed behind to inspect returning Harvester Attacker ships under the Earth's Harvester Queen's command.

The Supreme Commander from the 1st film was voiced by Frank Welker.

• The Supreme Commander never had an official name. However, there was an Independence Day action figure of a large Harvester released with the name of "Supreme Commander".
• The Harvester Supreme Commander from the 1st film is thought to be the main antagonist in the film; however, he/she was only used by the Earth's Harvester Queen, who terrorizes and controls all the other Harvesters. The true main villain is a captured Harvester pilot that revealed to Thomas Whitmore his plans to destroy the human race.
