The Barracuda is an antagonist in Finding Nemo.
Appearance in the film
The Barracuda was only seen at the beggining of the film when Marlin attempted to protect his wife, Coral, and her eggs from the barracuda, but both were eaten, leaving only Marlin and Nemo alive and then the barracuda attacks and opens its jaws and then closes it and then knocks Marlin unconscious with his tail.
After that, The Barracuda was never seen again and he did not get defeated.
Trivia
- In the 3-D re-release of Finding Nemo, The Barracuda's bottom lip is shown when he closes his teeth.
- There was originally going to be a scene where Coral and her eggs are inside of The Barracuda's mouth, however, the scene was cut because it would scare little kids that are watching the movie.
